Tech Demo Update 0.0.1

First update for the tech demo for Arcblight:

• Beams are now colour-specific to the magic element being used and hit effect added
• Beams now do correct amount of damage to enemies
• Bug fixed that incorrectly updated the shot-type on power-downs triggered by colliding with walls
• Removed redundant, non-functioning 'Quit' button from start menu as browser-close command not compatible with this platform, simply close the play window to quit the game instead.
• Added particle effect on power-up items
