Tech Demo Update 0.0.2

Update to the Arcblight prototype focusing on weapons:

• flamethrower and poison cloud attacks added for the side shot 
• improved water element seeking projectile sprite
• main shot thorn projectiles now move in a sine-wave-based pattern
• overlay fx sprites added to each element's beam attack
• metal beam attack now has a sprite of it's own instead of simply a colour swap
